• Interview Tips


• Read your resume properly and make necessary chances like……………. years of experience, present company name & past company name, your post and present CTC. (Interviewer will ask you questions from your resume mostly.)
• Mention your past achievements, key features, specific job profile and the benefits. So, you can create positive vibes in interviewer. This can increase your chances of an offer. (HR Managers appreciate candidates who do their homework prior to the interview)
• Read Company’s website, products, turnover, recent media information, press releases, product’s application, manufacturing locations etc….
• Keep at least 3-4 copy of updated resume/CV with you. Keep latest salary break up copy, last 3-4-month salary slips, and Increment Letter copy with you while attending Interview.
• Call Recruitment consultant and ask How to reach company / how much time it will take / what are available route and transport vehicles etc….


• Wear Formal Shirt & Pant (Don't wear Jeans & T-shirt) & Formal polished shoes. If possible, shave your bear.
• Arrive early, at least 30 minutes prior to Interview timing.
• Be Able to communicate confidently. Keep Eye to Eye contact with Interviewer with smiling face.
• Listen Interviewer's questions carefully and Answer them with full confidence. If you don't know answer, never give wrong / faulty answer (Frankly tell them that you don't know exact answer). Your communication skills will be tested; rehearsing how you sell yourself beforehand can be more useful.
• Never ask for travelling reimbursement of Interview to HR Manager or Senior Personnel. Always discuss about travelling reimbursement with recruitment consultant before interview date.
• Use these android apps for video call interview: skype, zoom call, Google Duo, hangout meet, facetime , WhatsApp etc..
• Call Recruitment Consultant after completion of Interview.


• While Salary negotiation, always demand salary hike/rise in between 20% to 30%, which is practical & welcome by HR managers easily.
• Discuss your offered CTC break up in detail. Ask your Net Salary, Gross salary, Deductions, Leave policy etc in detail with HR Manager. Because CTC break up is very important part for employee.
• Take medical check up details properly from HR dept.
• Mention your notice period to HR manager.
• Always put resignation (Resign) letter after getting Offer letter from New Company / Organisation.
• Send Resignation acceptance copy to HR Manager & Recruitment consultant in email with proposed joining date.
• Call to Recruitment consultant day before joining new company.
