• Assisting foreman in streamlining work method s by carrying out various work studies, cross checking rates of refiners, crackers, grinders • To assist Foreman in keeping special watch on any specific operation and or machine specially attention performance after repairs. • To act as Forman or In-charge whenever required to fill up the gap • Keep an eye on mishandling of machineries and materials in production department like trays, tearing of bags instead opening up, and intimate operators for unusual behavior of machines.
